We provide Day Opportunities to all disabled people from the age of 16+through our Activity Central providing  Life Skills enabling them to lead a safe and meaningful lifestyle.  We also provide  Advocacy, Information & Advice on Direct Payments, Personal Budgets, Personal Health Budgets.  Signposting Service, Training and Work Experience.

Our aim is to support all people with a disability enabling them to live a better life which non-disabled people take for granted.
