Who Are We?

 

E.L.I.T.E became a Community Interest Company in 2008 (Social Enterprise) where we use our profits and assets for the public good hence we are working for the benefit of the Community.  We are a business with primarily Social Objectives, whose surpluses are principally reinvested for that purpose in the Business or in the Community rather than being driven by the need to maximise Profit for Shareholders and Owners.

 

We provide Day Opportunities to all disabled people from the age of 16+through our Activity Central providing  Life Skills enabling them to lead a safe and meaningful lifestyle.  We also provide  Advocacy, Information & Advice on Direct Payments, Personal Budgets, Personal Health Budgets.  Signposting Service, Training and Work Experience.

 

Our aim is to support all people with a disability enabling them to live a better life which non-disabled people take for granted.
